About Us

Dericks Sheet Metal Works & Herman Metal Fabrication was founded in 1936 by Herman and Richard Dericks. First located in Paterson, New Jersey, the father-son duo worked together to build the business from the ground up. Over the years the shop expanded to its current location in Totowa, New Jersey. Now in its fifth generation, the business continues to be managed by members of the Dericks family.

The majority of our returning customer base are businesses in the food, pharmaceutical, and commercial product manufacturing. We also perform jobs for small businesses and residential clients. Dericks Sheet Metal gives excellent services taking attention to product design functionality, production time, cleanliness, and safety standards.
