Precision Water Jet
Dericks Sheet Metal provides Water Jet Precision Cutting services for our customers. This technology allows our shop to cut detailed designs from CAD, Hand Drawings, PDF or image files to the desired size and scale. We have professional trained engineers that operate the water jet cutting table and are able to cut from stock materials we have or that are provided.

CNC Press Brakes
CNC Press Brakes. The forming center in the shop is where we take the sheet metal and use CNC Brakes to shape the metal to your needs.

HVAC Center
The shop has a 8000 square foot dedicated work space to build duct work both insulated and uninsulated.

Plasma Cutting
The Vicon Plasma Cutting table allows us to burn out custom designs straight from your AutoCad files, or be programed in house by our staff.

Our Strippit CNC punch allows us to accurately and efficiently punch custom hole layouts.

Our shearing center consists of two shear to offer you a cutting range as 26ga up to 3/8" steel and 1/4" stainless steel.

Rollers
Arcs and Curves in sheet metal are not a problem. We have multiple rollers in the shop to make, cylindrical, and cone shaping designs.
